The Ravager is found at the top floor of the large silo at the ocean side of the Bloody Corn Maze, in a deactivated state. The Soaring Insignia is a Hardmode accessory obtained from the Empress of Light's Treasure Bag. It requires 33 Uelibloom Bars and 36 Divine Geodes to make a set utilizing one headpiece; it requires 61 Uelibloom Bars and 60 Divine Geodes to make a set including all of the headpieces.
